Who are you, Annick Lejeune-Fouquet?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Can you describe your background?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

“An unconventional journey, because for love, at the age of 16, I left high school to join A factory. Later, noticed by a major Parisian photographer, I dipped my toes into the world of modeling. A few years later, meeting an exceptional woman who believed in my potential for success propelled me into the role of secretary, then co-manager. At the dawn of my 32nd year, a careerist at heart, I joined a major CAC 40 multinational, only leaving it at 61. It was more than 30 years of happiness.”<\/p>\n\n

At what age did you become aware of your femininity?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

“Very late, at the dawn of my 32nd year, when I joined that cosmetics multinational. Beautiful passions and wonderful encounters made me want to become a ‘woman’; wearing extravagant outfits reinforced my desire to please.”<\/p>\n\n

What is your beauty ritual today<\/strong> ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

“For me, what’s essential is good skin hydration morning and night. Removing makeup is a must, no matter what time I get home. For my face and eye area, I only use ‘LANC\u00d4ME’ products; I love the lightness of their creams and serums, not forgetting a scrub once a week. But my ‘star’ product is POSTHELIOS by La ROCHE POSAY, morning and night.”<\/p>\n\n

Any advice for a balanced breakfast?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

<\/strong>“Every day, I like to vary things to avoid boredom: <\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • Cornflakes with almond milk and dried fruit <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • WASA crispbread. Honey or low-fat cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Low-fat blinis: banana, oats, egg, almond milk <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Nut bread with cheese and cold cuts only on Sundays… you have to earn it <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Accompanied by a kiwi and fresh orange juice.”<\/p>\n\n

    Do you play any sports? <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

    “Yes, every morning starts with back relaxation (45 min) followed by a walk of about 8,000 steps. In the afternoon, I often go to play p\u00e9tanque by bike. In the evening, Pilates and sometimes the pool.” z<\/p>\n\n

    What is your favorite outfit?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

    <\/strong>“Giraffe pajamas, which I love to curl up in after a long day.”<\/p>\n\n

    What feelings drive you?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

    “Without hesitation… being in a place where I shouldn’t be.”<\/p>\n\n

    You’re retired; what legacy would you like to leave for those who follow you?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n
